Mindful Mondays: My 7 Favorite Mindfulness Quotes

I don’t know about you, but I love a good quote.  For me writing is magic and words come together to create a new reality.  A good quote can sometimes make the impossible happen.

We see them EVERYWHERE!  They are on clothing, on the bumpers of cars, marketing materials, on computer’s background screen, on our newsfeed and even on our fridge.  They help us make sense of senseless circumstances and give us hope when we need a bright light to shine at the end of our tunnel.

So this is my gift for you this week.  My favorite Mindfulness Quotes that have made an impact on my life.  I have some on my desk at work, a few as magnets in my kitchen, the background of my phone and splattered throughout social media!

If you see one that speaks to you, snag it!  Copy it, screenshot it, paste it, print it!  See how a simple phrase can bring you motivation and perseverance!!

How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend out lives

"Our own worst enemy cannot harm us as much as our unwise thoughts. No one can help us as much as our own compassionate thoughts" Buddha www.theinvisiblewarrior.com

No act of kindness, no matter how small is ever wasted.- aesop. www.theinvisiblewarrior.comPain is not punishment, pleasure is not a reward" Pema Chodron www.theinvisiblewarrior.com
